On the 3rd-4th May, thousands of Christians from all over Scotland gathered at the Royal Highland Showground for the National Gathering. The National Gathering was organised by the Church Without Walls committee of the Church of Scotland and aims to resource and encourage churches in their mission. As a congregation here at The Mount Kirk, we shared a tent along with the Wellpark Midkirk, and took our place at the tented village along with hundreds of other congregations around Scotland. Those of our congregation who came through on the minibus found it to be an inspiring weekend and returned with fresh vision and ideas. Look out for photos on our main page on the website.
