how can I get involved? Perhaps you’ve been worshipping with us for a while, but you wonder how you could become more involved in the life of the congregation. In any congregation, there are always numerous ways in which a person can serve God and serve others. There are existing ministries and teams that a person can get involved in but we wouldn’t want to restrict your involvement to just fitting in with what we do already. You will have unique gifts and talents, and we believe that you will serve God best doing the things you are good at. One way to get more involved is to print off a copy of our gifts and skills checklist and email it back. Alternatively, you could print off a copy and hand it in next time you are at Sunday worship. When we receive a completed copy of the Gifts and Skills Checklist, we will be better able to find or create a place for you to serve. Download the ‘Gifts and Skills Checklist’ Another way you can get involved is to join a community cell group. These are groups that meet in peoples’ homes each week at various times. These groups which number between 4 - 12 people, are a great way to meet other church members, discover and develop your gifts and grow in your faith. We have a fivefold vision for our groups which is A – All involved B – Becoming disciples C – Creating community D – Doing evangelism E – Experiencing God If you would like to find our more, and where the groups meet, then follow the link below which will take you to our Community Cell Groups page. We also have various other groups which meet during the week. You can find out more about these groups by clicking on the Groups tab at the top of the screen.
