Tear Fund is a Christian charity that works throughout the third world to tackle poverty and injustice. It is officially an arm of the Evangelical Alliance.

One of their main projects at the moment is in providing education about HIV and medical care for those suffering from Aids. They have also been very much involved in campaigning against human trafficking and modern day slavery.
